Maggie is a yoga instructor, personal trainer, group fitness trainer, and corrective exercise specialist from Chicago. No matter the type of movement, Maggie aims to make it accessible and fun. Through intelligently designed sequencing, she hopes to create the space for her students to move safely, breathe more deeply, and feel better well after the workout ends.
