Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All non-food orders are processed within 2 business days. And need extra time for processing over holidays. We will communicate to customers via email if there are delays with their non-food orders.

We do not Ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipment confirmation and order tracking for non-food items.

You will receive order confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order. You will receive tracking information within 2 business days.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Salad Club is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Salad Club is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do not ship any products internationally. 

Returns Policy

If you need to initiate a return, please, do so by emailing Support at All non-food returns will be subject to shipping return fees. All food related items will be refunded up to the discretion of the Support team member.  Food items should never be returned
